基于正交试验的近距离煤层回采巷道支护参数设计

摘要: 根据四棵树煤矿近距离煤层上层煤边界保护煤柱下回采巷道特征,采用基于正交试验设计的数值模拟方法,研究了不同锚杆长度、不同间排距条件下巷道围岩变形量的影响敏感度,得到了长度因素和间排距因素的极差分别为110和33|并分析了不同长度锚索补强支护条件下围岩变形量。结果表明:锚索长度介于4.5~5.5m之间时,变形量随其增大而减小|锚索长度大于5.5m时,变形量随其增大而增大。

Abstract: According to the feature of roadway under the protection coal pillar of close-distance seams in the SI Ke-shu coalmine,Through the method of numerical simulation and orthogonal test,Firstly research the effect of bolt length,spacing to the deformation of roadway,The result showed that bolt length’s range is 110 and spacing’s range is 33,and secondly analyze the deformation of roadway to different anchor length,The results showed that when the anchor length increasing between 4.5m and 5.5m the deformation of roadway increases with the increase of anchor length,but otherwise when the anchor length outride 5.5m.
